1. Summary
A. E-STOP button: the whole system will stop working whenever it is
pressed. The emergency light turns on, all output is cut off except fluorescent
light. When the key is pressed again, the system will resume work. This button
is mainly used when the door cannot be open, air shower doesn’t work properly
and maintenance.
B. AIR BLOWER button: when it is pressed after persons enter inside
the air shower room, the system works. This is mainly used for repair of door
magnet, infrared and fan.
C. LIGHT button: then it is pressed, the fluorescent light will be
turned on or off, it is mainly used for repair of door magnet and light.
D. UP and DOWN button: before
or after use of air shower room, press UP and DOWN button to adjust the air shower
time from 0 to 99 seconds, and it is also used to set up other parameters.
E. OPERATION INDIACTION: the corresponding
indicator is on when any one of the above buttons is pressed.
F. TIMER: it counts down of air shower time
by LED display.
3. MCB/processor (Main control board)
The MCB is a programmed board which
controls the whole system.
Locks
for Air shower system
The locks of air shower is a necessary part
of the whole system, it makes the door open or closed automatically before and
after showering.

Voltage: DC12V.

install inside the door of air shower, when the tongue of the lock extends, the
door is closed and when the tongue of the lock draws in, the door is open
