Dynamic Pass box is used in pharmaceutical
classified area and designed to minimize traffic and cross contamination
between two areas and at the same time transfer materials, tools, products etc.
from one area to another area.
The unit acts as an air lock device
preventing ambient air from entering, or clean air from exiting the clean room.
It also helps to prevent particulate contaminants from entering a clean room
& between different classified areas.
When transferring the goods, the fan
collects the air from the inside and self-purifies the interior of the pass box
through
a HEPA filter at the top. The stable
down-flow reduces the particulates on material surfaces and achieves Class 100
(ISO 5) air cleanliness.
1. Laminar flow design is adopted, and the
air flow direction is upper inlet and lower exhaust.
2. Air velocity: After passing through the
high-efficiency filter, the wind speed is controlled at 0.45-0.60m/s
3. Pressure difference function: display
filter pressure difference (efficiency 0-500Pa)
4. The HEPA filter can be disassembled and
assembled separately from the upper box, which is convenient for maintenance
and replacement.
5. Noise: Less than 65db during normal
operation.
