Negative pressure weighing Booth description:
Weighing Booth, Dispensing Booth, Sampling Booth for GMP is mainly used in the
latest version of GMP to produce sterile preparations. It provides a vertical
unidirectional airflow, and some (80%-90%) clean air circulates in the working
room for weighing, dispensing pharmaceutics, sampling etc. 10%-20% is
discharged to the nearby area to create a negative pressure in the work area,
prevent cross-contamination to ensure a high cleanliness environment. It is
composed of work area, return air box and fan box cabinet, etc. The control
panel is equipped on the front of working side, which can start the device,
adjust air speed and working conditions. It has differential pressure gauges,
buzzers and wind speed sensors to test the real-time resistance of the filters,
failure alarm and real-time speed in the work area.
